1. How to delete your account in the app
If you want to permanently delete your 9 Studio account and associated personal data, you can do this directly from the app:
- Open the 9 Studio app on your device.
- Go to the Profile section.
- Tap on “Бүртгэл тохиргоо”.
- Carefully read the confirmation message and tap Confirm.
Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
2. What data will be deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data will be deleted:
- Your email address used for login
- Profile information (username and basic account data)
- Active bookings and booking history linked to your account
- App usage data associated with your user ID
After deletion is complete, you will no longer be able to log in with this account, and the data above will no longer be available in the app.
3. What data may be retained and why?
In some cases, we may retain limited data for a short period of time, where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. This may include:
- System logs and security-related records
- Payment or transaction records (if applicable)
These records are stored only for as long as necessary and are not used to provide regular app services.
4. If you cannot access the app
If you no longer have access to your device, phone number, or the app itself, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:

Please include the email address you used to log in to 9 Studio and clearly state that you are requesting account deletion. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.
5. Data deletion without deleting your account
If, in the future, we add an option to delete specific data (for example, clearing booking history) without deleting the entire account, the steps will be described inside the app and updated on this page.
